Below are our add on products you can choose to purchase PRIOR to your event

Additional Hours
  Our hourly rate is listed in our price price list. We charge in 1/4 hour increments.

Additional Photographer
  A second photographer is available at a reduced rate (3 hours minimum). Second photographer is charged in 1/4 hour increments.
   
•
On-Location Portable Studio
  Backdrop and lighting available for your formal portraits. See our current price list for pricing.
   
•
Travel Fees: $ 2.00 per mile (outside 30 mile radius of Lombard, Illinois, 60148)
  Our service area includes a radius of 30 miles from Lombard, Illinois (60148). Travel outside our service area is subject to a $ 2.00 per mile travel fee in both directions. For example, if your wedding will be taking place 50 miles from Lombard, the travel fees will be charged in this fashion:

  We use MapQuest.com to determine distance. To see if a travel fee will be required for your wedding, follow the directions below:
 
Determining Your Distance From Lombard, IL

2. Enter the address of the first location we will be shooting
3 Select "GET DIRECTIONS".
  The distance in miles will now be displayed at the bottom of the page. If less than 30 miles, no travel fee will be charged. If miles are over 30, continue to step 4
4. Subtract 30 from the total number of miles displayed to get the total number of miles outside our service area.
5. Multiply the total number of miles outside our service area by $ . The result will be the total travel fees which will be applied (Using $ instead of $ 2.00 will give you the total amount of going TO your event AND coming FROM your event)

30 Minute Portrait Session
  Our portrait sessions are done at our home studio in Lombard, Illinois. Exposures from your session will be placed into your own customized, password protected web gallery and will be available within 7 Days.

Gallery Invite Cards w/ Photo (200)
  Our gallery invite cards with your photo allow you to create personal invites for all your guests to view your wedding gallery. You select an image from your portrait session and we create the invite card. Gallery invite cards with your photo are made from 2.25" x 3.25" rounded edge wallet prints.

Photo Guest Books
  Our photo guest books make for a great way to capture who attended your event. We use photos from your portrait session OR we can use photos you submit to us in digital format.

High Resolution Digital Negatives
  Receive all of the high resolution digital negatives (on DVD) from your event. Once you purchase the negatives, you are free to do with it as you please (we no longer have the copyright to it).

Musical Photo Show (For TV Viewing)
  Watch your wedding photos on your TV. The musical photo show (on DVD) is a slide show presentation, with pictures transitioning from one to the other and set to music.

Musical Digital Photo Album (For PC Viewing)

FAQ: "Your hourly rates seems kind of high. Why so expensive?"
   
Answer: This rate is extremely competitive in the market. For every hour we spend shooting a wedding, a minimum of 1 hour of work needs to be performed on the back end (so you can think of it as half). Add to this the thousands of dollars worth of equipment we need to maintain and other costs of doing business and you'll soon realize ....we're not so expensive after all.

FAQ: "Do you perform your own print processing?"
   
Answer:

No. We partner with ProLab out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

ProLab is a professional photographic custom imager focused primarily on high quality digital photographic output up to 50" wide from digital files for professionals nationwide. They are a full service lab offering E-6, C-41, and B&W film processing.

ProLab is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and serves the Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio regions directly with global service provided through the internet. In business over twenty five years, they have the experience, resources, and passion to create stunning output for our clients.

Photographic Digital Output

Utilizing the latest technology in photographic digital printing, they offer up to 50" wide output on Fuji's Professional Digital Crystal Archive photographic paper. All 10" and smaller prints are individually identified with the file name on the back side of each print.

Their mounting and finishing department is one of the most experienced in the industry. They offer a complete line of mounting and finishing services. Everything from float mounting to second surface transparency is available.

Answer: Yes. We have over 20 different specialty sizes as well as coating and mounting services available.
   
Traditional Wedding Albums: You Buy Direct...and Save Money!
 
   
FAQ: "It is rather confusing on what I need to assemble my wedding album ...different cover types, page types, matte types, etc. Will you assist me in placing my order?"
   
Answer: Yes. Once you decide what photo you want to include in your album, we will assist you in the pages and matte types you'll need to fit your photos and sizes.

FAQ: "Can I print photos from my digital photo album"
   
Answer: No. There is no print functionality in the digital photo album.
   
FAQ: "Does the digital photo album contain the high resolution digital negatives / files"
   
Answer: No. The images in the digital photo album have been compressed for viewing on a PC. In addition, the photo files are encrypted so the files can only be used for viewing purposes within the digital photo album itself.
   
FAQ: "Can I purchase additional Digital Photo Albums"
   
Answer: Yes. They can be purchased on-line in your web photo gallery.

FAQ: "We are having more than 200 guests. Can we get more invite cards?"
   
Answer: Yes. Additional invite cards are available for a minimum cost (sold in groups of 8).
   
FAQ: "We like the invite cards but do not want our photos on them. Can another photo be used instead of our own?"
   
Answer: Yes. You can choose from other general photos that will fit your wedding theme such as fall colors, a winter-scape, spring flowers, dramatic sunset and more.

FAQ: "What is the backdrop and lighting for?"
   
Answer: The backdrop and lighting is used for formal portraits of the bride and groom as well as allowing your guests to take formal portraits of themselves at your wedding as a remembrance.
   
FAQ: "My reception area is rather small. How much space do you require to set up the backdrop and lighting?"
   
Answer: The minimum space requirement needed for the backdrop and lighting is a 10' x 10' space (as well as accessibility to an electrical outlet). For locations which do not have a minimum 10' x 10' space located next to an electrical outlet, we will not be able to set up the backdrop and lighting due to safety concerns.
   
FAQ: "I would like the backdrop and lighting at additional locations besides the reception area. Is there an additional charge for this?"
   
Answer: There is not an additional charge for having the backdrop and lighting at several different locations. However, it takes us approximately 30 minutes to set it up and 30 minutes to take it down. So you will need to consider this in your planning.

FAQ: "Are prints included in the engagement session?"
   
Answer: No. Prints can be purchased on-line at our standard pricing.
   
FAQ: "Can the engagement session be done on-location as opposed to your home studio?"
   
Answer: Yes. It will be charged at our standard Special Event Starter Kit price.
   
FAQ: "I am creating photo favors for my wedding and would like to use our engagement photos. How would I go about doing that?"
   
Answer: We can provide up to 4 high resolution digital negatives to you at no charge. Additional digital negatives are charged at our standard price. (The digital negatives can only be used for the specific purpose which has been communicated to us)
   
  April - September Minimums: Saturday events occurring in the months of April through September require a minimum of 8 hours of service.
